As a valued member of our client’s team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct preliminary analysis, identify obstacles to RTW, and develop, execute, and monitor programs to help injured workers return to the workforce as needed.
  • Create and implement plans to advance cases and meet RTW benchmarks with minimum case costs.
  • Complete accurate case notes that capture the steps taken and any suggestions made in order to reach the RTW objective.
  • Accurately document activities to guarantee proper billing.
  • Liaise with insurers, physicians, employers, and employees to obtain results that are beneficial to all parties.
  • Attend appointments for secured work trials and job leads.
What we’re looking for:
  • Qualifications & Registration: Hold qualifications and registration in any of the following fields: Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Chiropractic.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a determination to consistently provide exceptional customer care.
  • Time Management Skills: Possess a keen sense of punctuality and the ability to effectively manage your time.
  • Willingness to Travel: Embrace the opportunity to work with diverse clients by being open to travel to various locations within the region (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence needed).
